Life is awesome and I love living it fully. But, oftentimes, I need help. The process of “THINK ACT BE” has helped me and many of my clients tremendously. There are two components within each part of the process, which I’ll explain in detail below. THINK: iMagine and iMportance.
ACT: iMpower and iMprove.
BE: iMpact and iMpeccable. So when I talk about thinking, iMagine that your future is greater than your past. Picture it, see it, taste it, and smell it. Connect with a higher purpose and your inner genius. Your clear vision helps your unconscious and subconscious know it’s going to happen. Then, make time. Give it iMportance. Make time for yourself to think, ask questions, and form beliefs. This is where structures, discipline, and rituals allow you to prioritize, focus, and get clarity on who you are, what matters most, and why you’re here. Now that you’ve thought about those things, it’s time to act by iMpowering yourself. "Dare to share" some of your beliefs, visions, thoughts, and fears — and engage in dialogue about them.
Dr. Bill Issac says that “Dialogue is the art of learning together.” So, share your beliefs, listen to the beliefs of others, and get stronger together without attacking but instead with love, encouragement, and courage. The second part of acting is to iMprove. So, iMprove from the past. Learn from it and flip your anger, fear, and frustration. Be positive and open in your communication, then listen carefully. As you get honest feedback, iMprove yourself. The third step is to be. iMpact this moment, iMpact yourself, and iMpact those you love. Then, be iMpeccable. Be true to your word, know who you are, and “know and let go.” This means to let go of the old stories, old relationships, and old past that just don’t work for you anymore. So, THINK, ACT, and BE.
That may be frustrating, but it’s an ongoing thing that helps you live a great F*ing life. It’s not easy, it’s not always happy, and yet it’s something to enjoy and keep learning from. And to me, that’s what it’s all about.
So, THINK, ACT, and BE - a process to know who I am and act like I matter. Try it out!
