Happtitude

What is your happtitude?  How do you feel right now?  On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being totally at peace and having total joy, where are you at right now?  Write that number down.  What if one thing changed, could that help to raise the number and what would it be.  Realize that any anger, fear, and frustration (the drama that we create in our lives) is ultimately a learning opportunity.   People can create happiness when we exhibit to ourselves and the universe that we have learned a lesson, evolved, showed up and owned up. This is when transition, evolution and transformation happens.
