Drama - by Bob Shenefelt

What is drama?

Drama is a situation that one creates, which is caused by anger, fear or frustration. It is an opportunity for us as individuals, and us as people in relationships, to exhibit to ourselves and the universe that we have learned a lesson. It is almost a calling out for help. If I am frustrating somebody I am typically looking for help. It is helpful to create a safe space where someone can ask me questions and attempt to help without me shutting them down. This is how we can turn the drama into an opportunity to learn and grow from. The sooner we can exhibit behavior that proves we have learned a lesson and act accordingly the sooner we can go to the next level.
