I woke up this morning and I was nervous, stressed and a little frantic because I had so much to do today. I took a moment and took a deep breath and checked in with myself and my internal compass. Within a few minutes I realized that the things that I was worrying about were not that big of a deal. Yes – they do matter however today I am breathing, I am healthy, I love what I am doing and I have amazing relationships. I am adding real value, I love being a father and I am great at it. I am a really good husband and I am getting better. So - as I let that all sink in I walked out my door feeling much more at peace and happy. I still need to do all the things that need to get done but I am choosing to do them with a different attitude.
